Another TimeJanuary 2001: New Year’s Eve Night   
My heart pounded in my chest as I forced my legs to move faster in the underbrush of the darkened forest. His sobs rang out in the think night air –his tears trickling down his small, round face. His legs wobbled and he stumbled, but I kept a hold on his little white hand and forced him to rise to his feet, tears soaking his face, so that we could run once more and maybe we’d even be able to escape.    I didn’t know what had become of the rest of my family, but I knew that I couldn’t turn back now. We had to keep running.

Aiden  I had no idea why I was there.  I didn't want to be.  There was no reason for me to be there.  Just because Marcus and Noemi wanted to go out dancing, I was dragged along, a victim of their impulsiveness.  I slugged back the shot of bourbon in front of me.   Signaling the bartender for another shot, I hung back in my seat and tried to pretend that I wasn't sitting at The Twilight, the most recent hot spot nightclub in New York.  Not one to visit nightclubs and that like, it was quite literally my nightmare come to life. Life's little problems

Oh, well it seems like forever since i've actually logged onto the internet. Remember how i said my internet dies sometimes?--well, yeah, it did that thing again where it won't work for a few months. Very odd, i know, and very depressing. I'm forced to use another computer, which, once again, is giving me a headache because it won't let me submit anything...life--oh, so simple, isn't it?
Well, guess it doesn't matter. I'm sorry for those who are leaving me comments and i can't reply back to you. It's not that i wouldn't like too--i just have issues with doing so. I swear, technology...and spelling--are probably going to be the death of me one day. *sigh*
...Well, what would life be without the hard times? Ok, yea, probably nice--oh, who am i kidding, it's be AMAZNG!--for me, anyways.
Dunno how long i'll be able to keep getting on--it's a miracle that i'm even on right now--and an odd time too, being that it's like almost 2:00 am.
